The Senior IT Project Manager will have to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity at any point in time.\nMake An Impact By:\nLead and manage multiple IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget\n\nPartner closely with business and IT stakeholders to achieve strategic project outcomes\n\nBuild and manage strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and C-level leaders\n\nLead cross-functional teams across business, IT, engineering, and vendor partners (including offshore teams)\n\nManage project scope, timelines, risks, quality, and financials\n\nDrive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (including Capex governance)\n\nOversee procurement processes, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance\n\nResolve escalations and manage complex project challenges effectively\n\nEnsure adherence to Singtel project management frameworks and governance standards\n\nSkills for Success:\nBachelor’s degree with recognisedProject Management certification (or equivalent experience)\n\nMaster’s degree in Business Administration or Managementis a plus\n\n8-10 years of experience in delivering complex IT application projects in a matrix environment\n\nProven experience managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity\n\nStrong experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation\n\nExperience managing large project budgets (Capex > $2M)\n\nTelecommunications industry experience is an advantage\n\nExperience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders\n\nStrong understanding of end-to-end software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)\n\nExperience with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)\n\nFamiliarity with solution architecture and design concepts\n\nAdvanced proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and MS Project\n\nExperience supporting Agile project delivery environments\n\nExposure to vendor and end-user environments\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills\n\nStrong negotiation and influencing capabilities\n\nProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse, cross-functional teams\n\nAbility to work effectively across different culturesand backgrounds\n\nAre you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?\nTake the leap with Singtel to unlock new opportunities and accelerate your growth.
