quality engineering practices, embedding quality early in software development lifecycle, and leading test strategy, planning, automation, execution, reporting and governance initiatives.\nThis role defines quality frameworks, develops test solutions across platforms, and integrates robust quality gates within CI/CD pipelines, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and observability through test analytics.\nTest Automation Strategy and Implementation:\nDesign, develop, and maintain sophisticated and scalable test automation frameworks, test suites, and solutions for web, API, and mobile applications.\nProvide architectural guidance and best practices for test automation.\nLead the adoption of automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, RestAssured, Appium) within teams and potentially across multiple projects or the organization.\nIntegrate automation seamlessly into the development lifecycle.\nImplement, optimize, and oversee CI/CD pipelines with well-defined and automated quality gates\nIntegrate various test types (unit, integration, E2E, non-functional) into the CI/CD process\nMonitor pipeline effectiveness and provide actionable feedback and insights to development teams\nContribute to the evolution and standardization of CI/CD processes.\nStrategic Test Planning and Execution:\nDefine and lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies for projects and programs.\nDetermine test scope, methodologies, resource estimation, and risk mitigation strategies.\nEffectively apply mocking and contract testing techniques\nImplement advanced test automation techniques and testing methodologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional parties to execute testing.\nTest Analytics and Reporting:\nDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.\nLeverage test data and metrics to provide insightful reports and identify areas for improvement.\nEnhance observability through test analytics at the project, program, and potentially organizational levels.\nReport on the progress and effectiveness of automation and testing efforts.\nSkills for Success:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in software testing, including experience in test management.\nStrong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills.\nExperience in test automation is a plus.\nRelevant certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) are beneficial.\nTechnical Proficiency\nExpertise in Test Automation: Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain complex and scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications using relevant tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, Appium).\nDeep Understanding of CI/CD: Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD principles, tools, and the integration of automated testing within pipelines (e.g., Bamboo, Azure DevOps).\nKnowledge of Testing Methodologies: Solid understanding of various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and test design techniques.\nExperience with Performance Testing: Hands-on with performance test Execution (Jmeter, NeoLoad) and respective toolset.\nAPI Testing Skills: Proven ability to test APIs effectively using relevant tools and protocols.\nScripting and Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages relevant to test automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).\nExperience
