Singtel’s key living labs and innovation platforms, where new technologies and Smart Building use cases are explored, tested and demonstrated before being scaled to other Singtel properties and customer environments.\nYou will work with business teams, technology partners, start-ups, vendors and customers, gaining exposure to technologies such as IoT, AI, data analytics, automation, digital twins, smart workplace, sustainability and intelligent building systems.\nMake an impact by\nSupport Smart Building demonstrations, workshops, customer engagements and technology showcases.\nEnsure the One Comcentre Smart Building Show Suite and other experience environments are technically ready for customer and stakeholder engagements.\nTranslate technical solutions into engaging demonstrations and practical use cases that customers can easily understand.\nEngage customers and internal stakeholders to understand their challenges and explore how Smart Building technologies can address them.\nCapture customer feedback and insights to support the team’s innovation and solution roadmap.\nResearch emerging Smart Building technologies and industry trends.\nWork with technology partners, start-ups and vendors to support demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.\nDevelop presentation materials, use-case narratives and other content for customer and stakeholder engagements.\nSkills for Success\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Building Services Engineering, or a related engineering or technology discipline.\nStrong interest in Smart Buildings, emerging technologies and digital innovation.\nGood communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.\nCurious, hands-on and comfortable learning and experimenting with new technologies.\nAble to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers and external partners.\nLearning Outcomes\nHands-on exposure to Smart Building technologies and real-world innovation use cases.\nExperience supporting customer demonstrations, technology showcases and proof-of-concepts.\nDevelop skills in translating technical solutions into practical and compelling customer use cases.\nGain experience working with
