As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of social commerce, livestream shopping and digital retail.\nBe a Part of Something BIG!\nAs a Social Commerce Intern, you will support the planning and execution of livestream campaigns across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada and other social commerce platforms.\nYou will get hands-on experience across the full social commerce journey - from campaign planning and platform operations to livestream hosting, performance analysis and sales conversion. Working with brands, merchants, affiliates and internal teams, you will help create engaging livestream experiences that connect with customers and drive commercial outcomes.\nHow You will Make An Impact:\nLivestream & Campaign Execution\nCoordinate and execute livestream campaigns across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada and other social commerce platforms.\nSupport end-to-end campaign planning, including promotional mechanics, product assortment setup, campaign scheduling and content coordination.\nCollaborate closely with livestream hosts, brand partners, affiliates, merchants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.\nHost livestream sessions approximately three times per week, including evenings and weekends when required.\nProvide real-time operational and troubleshooting support during livestreams and campaign periods to ensure smooth execution.\nPlatform Operations & Commercial Support\nManage day-to-day platform operations, including product listing setup, voucher creation, campaign configuration and promotional optimisation.\nMonitor campaign performance and analyse key livestream metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion and sales performance.\nSupport growth initiatives to improve customer engagement and drive commercial outcomes across social commerce channels.\nAssist with content coordination, inventory planning and post-campaign performance reporting.\nSkills for Success:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Retail Management, eCommerce or a related discipline.\nPassionate about social commerce, livestreaming, digital marketing and creating engaging customer experiences that drive sales.\nConfident, energetic and creative, with the ability to present comfortably in front of a camera.\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail and good time management skills.\nStrong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.\nPositive, proactive and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nWilling and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.\nAre you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?\nTake the leap with Singtel to unlock new opportunities and accelerate your growth.
