In this role, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to design, build, and scale cloud-native platforms capable of supporting large-scale enterprise applications and services.\nMake an impact by\nBuild scalable enterprise platforms capable of processing high volumes of concurrent transactions and messages.\nContribute to the design and development of infrastructure-agnostic platform components that support integration with multiple network backends.\nDevelop modular, secure, and reusable platform components following industry best practices.\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.\nBuild and deploy modern web applications using React, Redux, Webpack, and modern JavaScript frameworks.\nArchitect efficient and scalable backend systems and services.\nDevelop unit, functional, and end-to-end integration tests to ensure platform reliability and quality.\nDevelop backend services using technologies such as Java and Go.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.\nParticipate in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with product, business, and partnership teams to develop third-party integrations and platform adapters.\nContribute to platform architecture discussions, technology evaluations, and solution design initiatives.\nSupport the evolution of the platform toward scalable SaaS deployment and management models.\nParticipate in Agile software development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.\nSkills for success\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience working in Agile software development environments.\nStrong programming experience in Java (Java 17 or higher preferred), with experience in backend frameworks such as Spring Boot or equivalent enterprise frameworks.\nExperience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable distributed systems.\nExperience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.\nFamiliarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or Elasticsearch.\nExperience with messaging and event streaming technologies such as Kafka or other Pub/Sub platforms.\nExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar environments.\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Helm, Maven, Gradle, or Ansible.\nUnderstanding of secure software development practices and scalable application architecture.\nExperience building enterprise-grade, configurable, and scalable software platforms.\nFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies and engineering best practices.\nExposure to SaaS, IoT, 5G, AI/ML, or cloud-native platform technologies would be advantageous.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA collaborative team player who can work effectively across cross-functional teams.\nAdaptable and proactive in learning new technologies and approaches.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering reliable and scalable solutions.\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.\nYour Career Growth Starts Here.
