This critical role will ensure mandatory and regulatory training obligations are met while driving consistent learning standards, governance practices and reporting across the organisation.\n#LI-MB1\nPartnering across People & Culture, Risk, Legal, Compliance and business teams, you'll help create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring our workforce remains compliant, capable and audit ready.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the governance, oversight and continuous improvement of compliance and mandatory learning programs.\nDevelop and maintain learning governance frameworks, policies, standards and controls.\nEnsure compliance learning obligations are effectively managed, monitored and reported across the business.\nPartner with Risk, Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders to assess training requirements and mitigate compliance risks.\nMonitor learning completion, effectiveness and audit readiness through data, reporting and assurance activities.\nEstablish robust governance processes for learning content reviews, approvals and regulatory updates.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance learning compliance outcomes and employee capability.\n\nWhat Makes You Perfect for the Role?\nSignificant experience in learning governance, compliance training, risk management or learning operations within a large and complex organisation.\nStrong understanding of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance requirements and audit processes.\nExperience managing mandatory learning programs and compliance reporting.\nDemonstrated ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical learning solutions and governance processes.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage leaders across multiple functions.\nHighly analytical with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.\nExperience working with learning management systems, reporting tools and workforce compliance data.\nDesirable, previous experience using digital learning technologies, authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline & RISE).\nWhat’s in it for you?\nCompetitive remuneration and employee discounts.
