This is an opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys turning data into actionable insights while building strong stakeholder relationships across the business.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with Area Managers and Store Managers to optimise labour budgets, workforce performance, and scheduling outcomes across a national retail network.\n\nAnalyse workforce data, forecast labour demand, and provide reporting and insights that support operational decision making and labour cost optimisation.\n\nAdminister and optimise the Dayforce Workforce Management system, supporting rostering, time and attendance, payroll accuracy, and workforce compliance.\n\nWork closely with scheduling, payroll, HR, finance, and retail stakeholders to identify workforce improvement opportunities and drive continuous operational efficiency.\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperience in workforce planning, labour scheduling, workforce analytics, or a similar operational planning role.\n\nStrong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and engage frontline leaders at all levels.\n\nExperience working with Workforce Management platforms such as Dayforce or a similar system, with an understanding of rostering, labour management, and payroll processes.\n\nThe good stuff….\nCompetitive remuneration and employee discounts.
