We are moving toward more precision, more signal-driven targeting, and stronger systems that support execution at scale.\nWe are looking for a GTM Engineer to build the infrastructure behind this motion.\nThe Role\nThis is a hands-on, technical GTM role responsible for building and operating our outbound engine. You will design and connect the systems that turn ICPs and account lists into a scalable, high-quality pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and outbound execution. The focus is not on campaigns. The focus is on building the engine that powers them.\nWhat You Will Do\nBuild the outbound engine using Clay\nDesign and manage tables for ICP accounts, personas, and enrichment\n\nConnect multiple data sources into usable datasets\n\nTurn static account lists into dynamic, signal-driven targeting systems\n\nDrive community and content distribution\nBuild and engage with relevant communities where target users spend time\n\nIdentify and activate channels such as LinkedIn, niche data communities, and operator groups\n\nSupport distribution of content to drive awareness and inbound interest\n\nSupport content and video production\nWork with Marketing to translate product and use cases into simple, clear content\n\nContribute to lightweight content creation such as demos, explainers, and short videos\n\nHelp turn outbound learnings into content that scales messaging and engagement\n\nOwn data enrichment and signals\nIntegrate enrichment providers and external data sources\n\nLayer in intent, behavioral, and trigger-based signals\n\nBuild scoring logic based on fit, timing, and engagement\n\nDesign outbound workflows and automation\nBuild workflows across CRM, sequencing tools, and automation platforms\n\nEnable programmatic outbound with personalization at scale\n\nReduce manual SDR work while improving quality and consistency\n\nEnable personalization at scale\nUse structured data and AI tools to support relevant outbound messaging\n\nAdd account-level context to sequences\n\nSupport SDRs with research and execution\n\nOwn pipeline infrastructure\nDefine how accounts move from target to engaged to meeting to pipeline\n\nEnsure clean routing, tracking, and prioritization\n\nSupport speed to lead and coordination between inbound and outbound\n\nRun experiments and improve performance. Test data sources, signals, and workflows. Continuously iterate based on what drives meetings and the pipeline\n\nPartner across GTM\nWork closely with Demand Gen, SDRs, Sales, and Product Marketing\n\nAlign targeting, messaging inputs, and execution.\n\nAct as the technical backbone of outbound and pipeline generation\n\nWho You Are\nYou have experience as a GTM Engineer, Growth Engineer, RevOps Engineer, or a highly technical growth or operations role in B2B SaaS\n\nYou have hands-on experience with Clay or similar tools\n\nYou understand outbound and how the pipeline is actually generated\n\nYou think in systems and workflows, not just tasks\n\nYou are comfortable working across CRM, sequencing tools, enrichment platforms, and automation layers\n\nYou can work with APIs, integrations, or no-code tools\n\nYou have a strong sense of ownership and move quickly from idea to execution\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin the first few months, you have built a working outbound engine powered by high-quality data\n\nAccount datasets are enriched, prioritized, and actively used by SDRs\n\nOutbound is running in a structured and repeatable way\n\nPipeline generation is measurable and improving\n\nThere is clear visibility into what
