This role keeps QuickBooks, Ramp, payroll integrations, project accounting, and related financial systems accurate and scalable while supporting the company's transition toward a more sophisticated ERP environment.\nThis is a hands-on accounting and systems role. It does not own proposal pricing, contract negotiations, or proposal management.\nCore Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day accounting workflows in QuickBooks Online, including transaction coding, matching, reconciliation, and account maintenance. \nAdminister Ramp accounting workflows, rules, mappings, projects, classes, and integrations. \nMaintain accurate project, charge-code, vendor, customer, and Chart of Accounts data. \nSupport accounts payable, expense processing, bank and credit-card reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and month-end close. \nIdentify and resolve duplicate transactions, integration errors, incorrect mappings, and accounting discrepancies. \nSupport project-level financial reporting and allocation of payroll, software, travel, equipment, R&D, and other costs. \nSupport ERP evaluation, implementation, data migration, account mapping, master-data setup, testing, and process documentation. \nDevelop and maintain finance and accounting SOPs, controls, and recurring reporting processes. \nSupport Finance leadership with P&L, balance-sheet, cash-flow, project-spend, and budget-versus-actual reporting. \nIdeal Background\n3-6 years in accounting, finance operations, financial systems, or a related role. \nStrong working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial statements. \nHands-on experience with QuickBooks Online. \nExperience with Ramp, Brex, Rippling, or similar systems preferred. \nExperience participating in an ERP implementation or financial-system migration strongly preferred. \nStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills. \nManufacturing, aerospace, defense, hardware, or R&D experience preferred. \nExposure to project accounting, inventory, fixed assets, job costing, or manufacturing accounting helpful. \nCPA not required. \nCompensation:\nSalary: $110000- $140000 + Equity + Benefits ( Healthcare, Vision, Dental, 401k, and Lunch)","description_format":"text","description_chars":2748,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["401k plan","Equity"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Military","Air Defense","Defense Manufacturing"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T20:51:43Z"}],"liveness":{"score":8,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.224,"p_room":0.35,"age_days":45,"expected_fill_days":21,"reasons":["conf:9","stale_co","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-09-27T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":140000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/singularity-accounting-finance-operations-analyst","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/singularity-accounting-finance-operations-analyst.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-28T05:33:36Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3761,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1239,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-29T00:00:00Z"}}}
