财务总监，按人定级定岗。
岗位职责：
1、参与公司重大财务、业务问题的决策
2、建立健全的财务管理体系，提升公司财务管理水平主持编制
3、下达并监督资金收支计划
4、协调负责重大项目的资金和财务管理
5、财务管理制度建设组织管理工作
6、参与资金审计
7、支持公司投融资业务，拓展融资渠道，优化融资成本
8、提供财务测算与风控意见，定期复盘各事业部盈利与现金流，推动降本增效
任职要求 / Requirements
1、本科以上，知名财经院校优先; 有注册会计师、高级会计师、 注册税务师相关证书、ACCA优先;
2、过往公司规模不低于千人级别，研产销一体; 全盘财务负责人经验不少于3年; 不少于3个业务板块，有涉及过新能源/光伏储能、复合材料、化工任一或多板块优先
3、主导过多元化集团多板块财务整合、财务系统升级等; 主导过集团全面预算、决算体系搭建落地，深度参与过事业部项目投资、融资全过程，有IPO经验优先;
4、有涉及国外项目，丰富的海外财务风险控制经验，推动组织可持续发展;
5、经营意识强，有较强的领导力、决策力、沟通力、和结局问题的能力;
6、诚信、忠诚、正直、职业操守、责任感、长期主义、严守财务底线、利益一致性、合法合规、追求极致。
