If these values resonate with you, we would love to welcome you to our team.\nWE ARE LOOKING FOR SOFTWARE TEST LEAD IN DANANG/HCM TO JOIN US!\nAs a Software Test Lead, you shape the testing strategy and architecture for high-precision metrology and configuration-management software.\nYour job will comprise:\nTest Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, specifications and validation approaches. Identify coverage gaps, risks and required test assets early in development, and align testing effort with requirements and product priorities.\n\nSystem & Integration Testing: Integrate software components from multiple development teams, verify interfaces and validate end-to-end workflows, from recipe configuration through measurement to processed results.\n\nTest Bench & Machine-State Replication: Capture machine snapshots, including measurement data, profiles, recipes and software versions, and reproduce these states on virtual test benches or physical machines when required.\n\nRelease & Feature Acceptance: Translate requirements into structured manual and automated test cases. Perform smoke, regression, upgrade and feature-acceptance testing, and provide evidence-based recommendations on whether features are ready for release.\n\nTest Automation: Develop and maintain test automation and scripts using C#/.NET and Python, including integration, smoke, regression, UI and feature tests where appropriate. Use simulation, mocking and Hardware-in-the-Loop approaches when suitable.\n\nDefect Investigation: Analyze logs and test data, reproduce field issues, isolate failures to the relevant component, and document defects with clear evidence to support root-cause analysis and resolution.\n\nTestability & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with software, systems and hardware architects to improve testability by design. Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement and Definition of Done discussions, and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency.\n\nTest Management & Collaboration: Maintain test cases and results in test-management tools such as Jira with Xray or Zephyr.
