Whether it is semiconductor inspection equipment, analytical instruments, or life-saving medical devices — we bring high-tech to life.\n\nJob requirements\nTHE ROLE\nYou own multiple concurrent projects in Mechatronics Engineering Services (MES) Tribe for semiconductor capital equipment, analytical instrumentation, and medical device manufacturers across Southeast Asia. You lead from initial customer engagement through project delivery, building long-term business pipelines and account growth. You are end-responsible for project budget, timeline, scope, technology choices, and quality. You build and develop high-performing engineering teams while maintaining direct customer relationships and technical credibility.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nConduct project and technical scoping, and work breakdown structure definition with System Architects and Account Manager.\nCreate project budgets, resource plans, and timelines; track actuals against baseline and communicate variance to leadership and customer.\nDefine project and system requirements, boundary conditions, and (technical) scope in alignment with customer needs and Sioux delivery capability.\nPrepare the Statement of Work (SOW) or contract and align it with the customer, spelling out assumptions, exclusions, acceptance criteria, and the risk management and mitigation plan.\nCo-own the Change Request process with the Account Manager — assess scope, schedule, and cost impact, and prepare CRs for customer approval.\nLead periodic customer reviews, escalation management, and relationship stewardship to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.\nMentor and hold accountable engineering teams (software, mechatronics, electronics) against project KPI’s.\nOwn quality gate reviews, design validation, and delivery risk mitigation; partner with Quality and System Architects on technical trade-offs.\n\nJob requirements \nMaster's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Automation or related science discipline. \nAt least 5 years managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects in semiconductor equipment, analytical instruments, or precision machinery. \nDemonstrated ability to build customer relationships, negotiate scope and timelines, and drive account pipeline growth. \nHands-on experience with budgeting, resource planning, and earned value tracking in high-tech project environments. \nFluency in translating technical requirements into project schedules and cross-functional work plans. \nExperience in risk management: identify risks, come up with mitigation plan(s), and execute accordingly\nExperience in change management\nAbility to mentor and develop engineering teams and hold them accountable to delivery commitments. \nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority, driving alignment through influence, credibility, and collaboration. \nProficiency with project management tools and standards (e.g., Gantt, Critical Path, Stage-Gate, or Agile for hardware). \nExperience with semiconductor capital equipment, wafer processing tools, or metrology systems is a great plus. \nProject Management Professional (PMP) certifications are preferred. \n\nWHAT WE CAN OFFER\nOur employees are our strength and together we want to achieve the maximum.
