If these values resonate with you, we would love to welcome you to our team.\nWE ARE LOOKING FOR SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER BASED IN DANANG/HCM TO JOIN US!\nThe ideal candidate is mainly in charge of building and maintaining C#/Python software that controls machines and subsystems within complex diagnostic equipment - this is embedded/systems-adjacent software engineering, not pure application backend.\nKey responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and maintain high-performance C#/ Python software components for machine and subsystem control within complex systems.\n\nBe part of a Kanban team delivering high-quality, maintainable software.\n\nReview and improve code quality through thorough code reviews and mentoring of other developers.\n\nTroubleshoot, analyse, and resolve complex software and system issues.\n\nIntegrate software with hardware and control systems, ensuring efficient and reliable machine operations.\n\nDefine and implement best practices in software design, testing, and documentation.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives for software processes, performance, and usability.
