Working\nknowledge on Value engineering, concept development, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) /Design for\nAssembly (DFA), Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA) concepts is needed. An ideal candidate will have\nextensive experience in providing technical design on Mechanical hardware, Machine parts and Components for\nSemiconductor, medical or Industrial equipment Manufacturers\nKey Responsibilities:\nPredesign- Requirement collection, problem definition, gather technical information, effort estimation, and\nclarifying customer goals.\nConcept Design- Brainstorm Multiple solutional approach, create concept sketches, feasibility analysis,\nfinalize acceptable solution with customer.\nDetail Design- Generating Specifications, mathematical calculations, detailed 2D design drawings,\nintegration with electrical / electronic design modules, develop 3D models for simulations & test design for\nfunctionality, performance, strength and efficiency.\nDesign Optimization - Develop Final BOMs and design documents for production, assembly instructions,\nQuality control instructions using PLM tools.\nDesign Updations- Correct and update old design documents for any changes made during production.\nUpdate component libraries.\nRequirements\nEducation: B.E / B Tech/ M Tech in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering.\nHighly skilled in engineering & project management tools like Solidworks, AutoCAD, Creo, SCATIA & Jeera,\nGood to have Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma .\nExperience: Min 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering design.
