Metrics\n\n - Tracing (OpenTelemetry or similar)\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitHub Actions pipelines.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA).\n\n- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nMust-Have Skills\n\n- 10+ years of total development experience\n\n- 6+ years Full Stack development experience with : \n\na. Node.js\n\nb. React.js\n\nc. NestJS\n\nd. TypeScript\n\n- Strong knowledge of : \n\na. Asynchronous & event-driven programming\n\nb. API design, versioning, scalability, and performance tuning\n\n- Experience with databases : \n\na. Relational : MySQL / PostgreSQL\n\nb. NoSQL : MongoDB / Redis\n\n- Security & Authentication experience with : \n\na. JWT, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC\n\n- Proven experience with : \n\na. Observability (metrics, logs, tracing)\n\nb.
