including system architecture diagrams, API contracts, and runbooks, to empower other engineering teams and stakeholders to integrate and innovate independently.\n\nRequirements\n\nHold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.\nDemonstrate at least 5+ years of software development experience across Backend or Fullstack domains, utilising one or more general-purpose programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or Go.\nMaintain deep familiarity with server-side web frameworks such as Django, Laravel, or Node.js.\nExhibit familiarity with frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular to support fullstack capabilities.\nThrive and enjoy working within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.\nPossess a proven track record of guiding technical initiatives and mentoring software engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet technical excellence standards.\nCommunicate with working proficiency in both verbal and written English.\nRemain highly open to exploring, learning, and implementing new technologies and engineering concepts.\nShow a
