The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, all while maintaining high standards of quality.\nResponsibilities\nLeading the on-site execution of construction phases for CAPEX projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.Managing contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to guarantee compliance with safety, technical specifications, and quality standards.Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to meet project milestones and resolve technical issues.Overseeing site logistics, permit processes, inspections, and quality assurance activities.Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.Supporting Mechanical Completion, commissioning, and handover procedures to operational teams.Ensuring all work complies with environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as company policies.Managing stakeholder communication, work permits, and daily site meetings, operating independently and escalating issues when necessary.Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.5 to 10 years of proven experience managing industrial CAPEX construction projects.Strong track record of safely delivering projects on schedule.Experience managing contractors and organizing construction sites.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and project control processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and manage complex project environments, including chemical and pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.Other Information\nApply to our vacancy for more information.
