Procurement Requests and Purchase Orders involving labor related services\nAssess whether engagements qualify as external workforce arrangements or genuine service based contracts\nEnsure compliance with employment legislation and internal procurement policies\nRedirect non compliant requests through the appropriate internal process\nRequest, validate, challenge, and assess information provided by business stakeholders\nProvide objective and evidence based compliance decisions\nPrepare detailed assessments and recommendations for escalation cases\nSupport and advise stakeholders on compliance requirements\nDesign and implement a future Way of Working\nDevelop templates, procedures, guidance documents, and communication materials\nIdentify bottlenecks and improve process efficiency\nReduce assessment lead times while maintaining quality standards\nSupport onboarding and coaching of internal employees\nEnsure proper documentation and effective knowledge transfer\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in contract compliance, procurement, employment law, workforce compliance, or contract management\nStrong understanding of employment legislation and external workforce regulations\nKnowledge of Dutch DBA legislation is essential\nExperience with procurement processes and contract governance\nAbility to assess service agreements and identify hidden labor arrangements\nExperience managing escalations and challenging senior stakeholders\nKnowledge of Statement of Work structures is highly desirable\nStrong analytical and investigative skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nHBO or WO educational level\nAbility to work independently in a fast paced environment\nStrong sense of integrity and
