In this role, you will ensure that the company's products consistently meet customer expectations and regulatory standards, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships through effective quality management and communication.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary quality contact for customers, managing complex customer cases and inquiries.\nTranslate customer requirements into internal standards, ensuring alignment across operations, R&D, regulatory, and sales teams.\nDevelop and sustain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to maintain long-term collaborations based on mutual trust.\nEnsure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, while adhering to customer-specific needs.\nMonitor customer feedback and quality data to identify trends, translating insights into ongoing improvements.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation in customer quality assurance.\nRepresent quality assurance in customer meetings, audits, and strategic discussions.\nContribute to the development and execution of the overall Customer QA strategy.\nRequirements:\nMaster’s degree in Food Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in food, ingredients, or FMCG.\nProven experience in a customer-facing QA role.\nStrong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory frameworks.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at various levels.\nAnalytical, structured, and results-oriented mindset.\nFamiliarity with digital tools and data-driven working; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.\nProactive, practical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nFluency in Dutch and English is required.\nOther Information:\nThis temporary maternity cover starts on 1 December 2026 and is suitable for mid- to senior-level candidates with hands-on QA experience. Customer QA involves bridging internal teams and customer needs, especially in food, ingredients, dairy, FMCG, or similar sectors. The role offers a 38-hour (or negotiable 32-hour) week with hybrid work; Tuesdays are in-office in Amersfoort.
