This role involves managing the order process from receipt through to delivery, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams.\nResponsibilities\n-Serve as the first contact for customer and logistics inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.\n-Ensure accurate and timely processing of all customer orders and shipments.\n-Track order progress and inventory levels;
