You will lead customer-facing execution across Joint Business Planning, shelf improvement, and key commercial projects while working closely with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive profitable sales growth for a strategic retail customer, managing revenue, pricing, promotions, assortment and trade investments.\nDevelop and execute Joint Business Plans and customer strategies in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.\nLead key commercial projects related to customer strategy, shelf optimization, merchandising and execution.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders through effective negotiation and fact-based presentations.\nAnalyze customer and category performance, identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable commercial plans.\nWork closely with Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure effective execution.\nRequirements\nMaster's degree in Business Administration or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in FMCG sales and/or Key Account Management.\nStrong experience managing strategic retail customers and commercial negotiations.\nProven experience with Joint Business Planning, pricing, promotions and trade spend.\nExcellent analytical, influencing and negotiation skills with a strong commercial mindset.\nFluent in both Dutch and English; comfortable working in a hybrid, project-driven environment.\nOther Information\nApply to our vacancy for more information.
