Role Description
As a Maintenance Work Planner (Production & Technicians), You will plan schedules, coordinate with production, decide when maintenance can be carried out, and ensure all technical preparation is in place so work can start efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the maintenance schedule for field technicians (preventive and corrective)
- Coordinate closely with production to determine suitable time windows for maintenance activities
- Decide when maintenance work can be carried out without disrupting production priorities
- Prepare and organise the necessary technical materials for scheduled maintenance
- Arrange work permits and ensure required documentation is ready
- Distribute maintenance tasks among technicians and keep relevant stakeholders updated
Requirements
- Experience in planning work for maintenance activities (preferred)
- Able to step into the role quickly and work independently
- Strong communication skills and a practical approach
- Comfortable working in a production environment and handling changing priorities
- Dutch is required; English is a valuable plus
