Depending on your experience and technical background, you will work on manual, semi-automated, or fully automated production lines. You'll help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and according to strict quality standards. Some positions focus primarily on manual packaging and production activities, while others involve operating equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving production processes.\nResponsibilities\nExecute production and packaging activities according to established procedures.\nPrepare production lines, perform set-ups, changeovers, and cleaning activities.\nSupply materials and support smooth production flow.\nMonitor product quality and report deviations when necessary.\nComplete production documentation accurately and in compliance with GMP requirements.\nOperate and monitor production equipment, depending on the role.\nTroubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives where applicable.\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.\nCollaborate closely with colleagues from production, maintenance, and quality departments.\nQualifications\nExperience in a production, manufacturing, logistics, packaging, or technical environment.\nGood command of English.\nComfortable working according to procedures and quality standards.\nReliable, accurate, and safety-conscious with strong attention to detail.\nWillingness to work in a shift system (2, 3, and 5 shifts).\nTechnical affinity is an advantage for operators working with automated production lines.\nExperience in a GMP or other highly regulated environment is beneficial but not essential.
