performance, and equipment reliability\n- Support production teams in documenting process disruptions and downtime\n- Analyze production deviations and identify root causes of incidents\n- Lead investigations and define corrective and preventive actions\n- Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects\n- Collaborate closely with operators and production team leaders on the manufacturing floor\n- Participate in projects involving new processes and production technologies\n- Ensure production and quality requirements are met during process implementation and validation\n- Monitor and improve unit KPIs through data driven analysis\n- Support departmental activities and management tasks when required\nRequirements\n- BSc or MSc degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline\n- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment\n- Experience within food, pharmaceutical, medical, or related regulated industries is preferred\n- Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies\n- Strong root cause analysis and problem solving skills\n- Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams\n- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic production environment with changing
