timeline standards for successful operational startup.\nResponsibilities\n-Develop and implement the overall CSU strategy and detailed plan.\n-Lead the CSU phase from mechanical completion through to first commercial production.\n-Act as the main point of contact for all CSU stakeholders, coordinating between project teams, site operations, suppliers, quality assurance, and the customer.\n-Support and oversee qualification and validation activities, ensuring compliance with project and customer specifications.\n-Incorporate product acceptance criteria and customer-specific requirements into the start-up process.\n-Identify potential risks, challenge assumptions, and establish practical timelines with clear milestones.\n-Maintain open communication with the customer regarding project progress, risks, and timeline adjustments.\nReview project planning and develop realistic, achievable schedules to meet critical deadlines.\nRequirements\n-Proven experience as a CSU Manager in large-scale food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, or process industry projects.\n-Strong knowledge of commissioning, qualification, validation, and start-up methodologies.\n-Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including customer interface.\n-Ability to challenge plans constructively and offer practical solutions.\n-Excellent communication and leadership skills.\n-VCA certification
