The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while coordinating closely with all stakeholders involved.\nResponsibilities\n-Lead the on-site construction activities for CAPEX projects, ensuring proper execution according to scope, schedule, and budget.\n-Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality standards, and project specifications.\n-Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operational teams to meet project milestones and resolve technical issues.\n-Oversee site logistics, permits, inspections, and quality assurance processes.\n-Continuously monitor progress, report risks and performance metrics to stakeholders, and adjust plans as necessary.\n-Support mechanical completion, commissioning, and handover to operations.\n-Ensure all work complies with environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as company policies.\n-Coordinate stakeholder communication, work permits, and daily site meetings, acting independently and confidently while escalating issues when needed.\nRequirements\n-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n-Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience managing industrial construction CAPEX projects.\n-Proven track record of safely delivering projects on time and within scope.\n-Strong contractor management and site organization skills.\n-Knowledge of construction methods, safety
