This role involves managing financial planning, controlling, and reporting activities, as well as leading projects to improve processes and drive operational efficiency within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling complex financial data and supporting strategic decision-making.\nResponsibilities\n-Oversee financial controlling and reporting activities, including month-end closing and financial plans.\n-Manage financial aspects of capital expenditure (Capex) projects, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of assets.\n-Lead cross functional project teams to redesign processes, develop RACI matrices, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\n-Conduct in-depth data analysis for cash flow visibility, budgeting, and project performance management.\n-Support change initiatives in a global manufacturing environment by providing strategic insights, generating reports, and following up on actions.\n-Supervise indirect purchasing processes via internal systems such as Coupa, ensuring compliance and accuracy.\n-Coordinate internal control activities and ensure accurate depreciation and asset valuation.\nRequirements\n-At least 5 years’ experience in accounting, financial controlling, or reporting;
