This senior position involves coordinating training, improving operational processes, and ensuring excellent service standards. The role offers a dynamic environment where you will lead initiatives, analyze workflows, and contribute to a smoothly functioning mortgage department.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and oversee training programs for team members.\nCreate, analyze, and report on dashboards and operational reports.\nHandle administrative tasks such as scheduling, leave management, authorization requests, and managing emails.\nCoordinate security incidents and escalate complex requests or issues.\nConduct job interviews and support onboarding, training, and adherence to working guidelines.\nParticipate in projects and working groups focused on process improvement.\nAnalyze existing procedures and contribute ideas for efficiency and quality improvements.\nManage specific focus areas, such as telephony coaching, quality assurance, internal control files, complaints, training, and risk management.\nRequirements:\nMinimum HBO (higher professional education) diploma.\nAt least 1 year of experience in a coordinating or team-leading role, preferably within financial services.\nStrong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel.\nExcellent advisory and communication skills.\nCustomer-focused mindset and flexible attitude.\nAbility to explain complex matters clearly and patiently.\nKnowledge of mortgage processes and WFT Basic and Mortgage Credit diplomas, or willingness to obtain them within the first year.\nResident within 1 hour's travel of the office.\nAwareness of employment laws and applicable collective labour agreements.\nOther Information:\nIf you are interested and want to apply, please submit your application via the apply button below and contact me.\nThe position offers hybrid working options.\nCandidates will undergo pre-employment screening, and proof of identity will be required at the start.\nApplications are exclusive;
