supply planning activities\n- Manage medium and long term planning for assigned products and production lines\n- Maintain and optimize supply plans using Rapid Response planning tools\n- Participate in weekly and monthly planning meetings and governance reviews\n- Collaborate with global supply chain teams and manufacturing sites\n- Identify supply risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies\n- Drive inventory management aligned with strategic targets\n- Support product launches, phase outs, and lifecycle management activities\n- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for supply deviations\n- Deliver scenario planning and business impact assessments\n- Monitor production capacity utilization and component availability\n- Ensure planning cycles are completed accurately and on time\n- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain\nRequirements\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field\n- Proven experience in end to end supply chain planning and operations\n- Experience within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, beverages, or ingredients\n- Strong analytical and problem solving skills\n- Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross functional relationships\n- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies\n- Strong communication and collaboration skills\n- Leadership capabilities and ability to drive initiatives to completion\n- End to end supply chain
