The company operates in a highly regulated environment and works closely with external logistics and distribution partners to ensure product availability, quality, and compliance across multiple countries.\nJob Description\nFor our client, we are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to ensure reliable, compliant supply while managing logistics partners and improving end-to-end cold chain distribution solutions. The role focuses on service performance, supplier management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project work across the region.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure supply continuity, service level performance, and cost control in a GDP-compliant environment.\nDevelop, select, and implement cold chain distribution solutions within the regional supply chain.\nLead regular performance and business reviews with logistics and supply chain partners, covering escalations, reporting, and improvement actions.\nMaintain strong relationships with third-party partners and support internal stakeholders when issues need to be escalated.\nManage and maintain agreements with supply chain partners, including driving improvements in quality, performance, and compliance.\nIdentify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, including savings and operational efficiency opportunities.\nMonitor emerging trends and legislative changes that could impact distribution solutions or cold chain practices, and assess implications proactively.\nBuild strong internal stakeholder networks (affiliates and corporate functions) and contribute to regional projects and key initiatives.\nPlan, build, and manage distribution lanes for the region to support strategic priorities.\nRequirements\nMaster’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain / Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, or similar.\nStrong experience in logistics and supplier/partner management (including process improvement).\nSolid knowledge of supply chain, cold chain, and warehousing.\nProven project management experience across departments and geographies.\nStrong analytical skills (including Excel) with the ability to turn data into clear insights.\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\nSelf-starter who can work independently, handle pressure, and collaborate effectively.\nStrong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.\nPreferred: knowledge of GMP/GDP, Operational Excellence tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA), and experience with SAP/BW and service level agreements.\nOther Information\nThis position offers the opportunity to work in an international, regulated environment where cold chain performance, compliance, and supplier collaboration are critical to success.
