by maintaining excellent relationships with third-party logistics providers and escalating issues when necessary.\n- Manage agreements with supply chain partners, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.\n- Identify savings and efficiency opportunities through continuous improvement practices, enhancing quality, performance, and GDP compliance.\n- Analyze emerging trends or legislative changes that could impact distribution strategies or cold chain practices.\n- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in projects aligned with regional distribution priorities and initiatives.\n- Plan, develop, and oversee distribution routes and lanes across the wider region.\nRequirements:\n- Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, or related fields.\n- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, with a focus on supplier management and supply chain operations.\n- Expertise in cold chain logistics, warehousing, and distribution.\n- Proven project management experience across departments and geographical locations.\n- Strong track record of supplier management and process improvement.\n- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like MS Excel.\n- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.\n- Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure and within teams.\n- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and persuasion skills.\n- Results-oriented with a strong drive for excellence and continuous improvement.\n- High sense of responsibility with
