You will combine technical expertise with operational discipline to maintain equipment performance, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nOperate and monitor automated production equipment and manufacturing lines.\nPerform equipment set-ups, changeovers, line cleaning, and line clearances in accordance with established procedures.\nTroubleshoot process disturbances and take appropriate action to restore production performance.\nMaintain production equipment and perform minor mechanical adjustments where required.\nDocument and verify production data accurately using SAP and/or MES systems.\nSupport deviation management and participate in production and quality triage activities.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies.\nEnsure production processes are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP and quality requirements.\nAdjust mechanical and process parameters to optimise equipment and production performance.\nPerform root cause analysis using methodologies such as RCA and 5WHY.\nRequirement\nMBO or equivalent technical education.\nProven experience in an automated production environment, preferably within assembly, labelling, packaging, or similar manufacturing operations.\nStrong technical, mechanical, and analytical skills.\nExperience with structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis methodologies, such as RCA and 5WHY.\nExperience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment; GMP experience is preferred.\nFamiliarity with SAP and/or MES systems.\nStrong sense of ownership with a structured and quality-driven approach to work.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nWillingness and flexibility to work in 3-shift and 5-shift operations.\nOther information\nLooking for a new opportunity in automated manufacturing?
