Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Project, and English technical documentation.\nStrong project management, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to management.\nValid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites outside Bangkok.\nExperience in government projects or PMP certification will be considered an advantage.\nAdditional Responsibilities by Level:\nLevel 1: Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager\nObjective: Support project managers with technical coordination and project monitoring, while independently managing small-scale projects.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\nPrepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.\nVerify equipment specifications and supplier documentation against TORs and approved drawings.\nCoordinate on-site activities, contractors, and equipment installation schedules.\nParticipate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities.\nPrepare and compile project handover documentation.\nAdditional Qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in solar energy, building electrical systems, or energy-related project engineering.\nElectrical Engineering License at Associate Engineer level or above.\nLevel 3: Senior Project Manager / Head of Energy Projects\nObjective: Develop project standards and manage the energy project portfolio across processes, people, and business growth.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\nManage the project portfolio, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively.\nAnalyze project feasibility and return on investment (ROI) to support Go/No-Go decisions.\nRecruit, lead, and develop project managers and project engineers.\nPrepare project portfolio reports for senior management and propose business development strategies.\nAdditional Qualifications\nAt least 7 years of experience in energy project management, including experience managing multiple projects or project portfolios.\nElectrical Engineering License at Professional Engineer level or above.\nExperience in government bidding processes and contract negotiations.\nPMP certification will be considered an
