The role spans technical consulting, solution design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support for enterprise clients.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1) Requirements & Consulting\nCollaborate with clients and internal teams to gather technical, infrastructure, and business requirements.\nConduct meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to understand client environments and needs.\nAnalyze business processes and IT environments to identify improvement opportunities.\n2) System & Infrastructure Design\nDesign scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure and cloud architectures.\nDevelop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.\nPerform capacity planning, system sizing, and solution validation.\nRecommend modernization, optimization, or cloud migration strategies.\n3) Implementation & Deployment\nImplement infrastructure solutions including servers, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and security systems.\nDeploy and manage cloud environments (Public / Private / Hybrid Cloud).\nIntegrate on-premise systems with cloud platforms.\nSupport system migration (Data Center / Cloud Migration).\n4) Testing, Operation & Support\nPerform system testing, integration testing, and UAT support.\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues (on-premise and cloud).\nEnsure smooth system deployment and handover to operations/support teams.\nProvide ongoing technical support and system maintenance.\n5) Monitoring, Security & Optimization\nImplement monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Zabbix, SolarWinds).\nEnsure system performance, availability, and security compliance.\nConduct vulnerability assessments and support security best practices.\nImprove system scalability, efficiency, and reliability continuously.\n6) Documentation & Reporting\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation (design, configuration, as-built documents).\nReport project status, system performance, and technical findings.\nMaintain knowledge base and support internal knowledge sharing.\n7) Team Leadership (Senior / Team Leader Level Only)\nLead infrastructure design, implementation, and delivery projects.\nProvide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.\nManage project planning, resource allocation, and team development.\nCollaborate with sales and presales teams for solution design and client proposals.\nEnsure delivery quality, timelines, and adherence to standards and processes.\nAct as a technical advisor to clients for infrastructure strategy and architecture.\nQualifications:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.\nExperience\nSenior Level:3-5+ years of experience in system engineering, infrastructure, cloud, or IT professional services.\nTeam Leader Level:5+ years of experience with proven leadership in infrastructure/system engineering projects.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux servers\nExperience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, OLVM, or similar)\nUnderstanding of storage, backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability (HA)\nBasic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, L2/L3, firewall fundamentals)\nExperience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Huawei)\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.)\nScripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus\nCertifications (Microsoft, RHCSA, AWS, VMware, CCNA/CCNP, Nutanix, etc.) are a plus\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with teams and clients\nDetail-oriented with strong focus on quality and reliability\nService-minded, proactive, and accountable\nStrong English communication skills (spoken and written) is required\nCompliance Requirement\nCandidates must be authorized to work in Thailand.
