With over $3.0 billion total capital, SiriusPoint’s operating companies have a financial strength rating of A from AM Best, Fitch and S&P, and A3 from Moody’s.\nJoin Our Team \nWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Program Manager to join SiriusPoint, focusing on Managing General Agents (MGAs) and delegated underwriting programs. As the Program Manager for MGAs, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the relationships with our MGAs, ensuring their compliance with underwriting guidelines, and driving profitable growth through effective program management. Your role will involve collaboration with various internal teams, including underwriting, claims, finance and compliance to ensure successful program implementation and ongoing performance. You will report to the Head of Program Management.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with MGAs, acting as the primary point of contact for program-related matters and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.\nManage the onboarding process for all new MGA’s.\nMonitor the performance of MGAs against defined key performance indicators (KPIs), contractual obligations and identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as needed.\nCollaborate with legal, underwriting, claims and business development teams in negotiating contracts with MGAs, ensuring clear terms and obligations.\nDevelop and maintain requirements for MGAs, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.\nAssess and manage risks associated with MGAs and delegated underwriting programs, ensuring proper controls are in place to mitigate potential losses.\nEnsure MGAs comply with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements. Confirming MGA’s are aligned to our philosophies and values.\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for new program development and growth.\nPrepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on program performance, issues and recommendations.\nSupport MGAs on underwriting guidelines, product knowledge, and other relevant topics to enhance their capabilities.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and participate in initiatives to streamline program management and enhance efficiency.\nKey Accountabilities\nBe a key point of contact within the Business for Delegated Underwriting related enquiries across all classes.\nEnsure that all MGAs and Delegated Underwriting Programs are approved in line with SiriusPoint’s MGA Playbook and Policies and Procedures.\nCo-ordination of and attendance at Deal and Portfolio Committee meetings, as necessary.\nAssist in the maintenance of the SiriusPoint International and Syndicate audit diary (and subsequent recommendations) in respect of all coverholder business.\nPerform visits and reviews of coverholders / MGAs as part of the audit and regular review process. Visits can be performed by SINT (SiriusPoint International) / SIMA (Sirius International Managing Agency) personnel, or external auditors / experts.\nYour skills and abilities should include:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
