Reporting to the Director, P&C Europe, this generalist role will support local P&C activities, help ensure compliance with Irish labour and compensation regulations, foster a strong and inclusive employee experience, and apply global policies and processes within the Irish hub.\nThis position requires a hands-on generalist who is eager to learn more about various HR functions, can independently manage day-to-day P&C responsibilities, use sound judgment to resolve a broad range of employee and manager needs, and partner with the Director, P&C Europe and global P&C colleagues on new or more complex matters.\nWhat you’ll do:\nEmployee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a key P&C contact for employees and managers in Ireland, handling day-to-day employee relations matters, supporting conflict resolution and engagement initiatives, and partnering with the Director, P&C Europe on new or more complex issues.\nLearning & Development: Identify and support training initiatives to drive leadership development, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness.\nCulture & Inclusion: Promote SiriusXM’s culture and values by supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across Ireland.\nTalent Acquisition: Partner with functional leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring process.\nPerformance Management: Support performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes aligned with SiriusXM’s global framework.\nCompensation & Benefits: Partner with global HR and compensation teams to support competitive, locally compliant pay structures and benefits programs.\nCompliance & Policies: Apply and maintain P&C practices in accordance with Irish labour laws, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements, escalating complex or novel matters as appropriate while maintaining alignment with global SiriusXM policies.\nHR Operations: Partner and support payroll coordination, HRIS management, and other HR administrative functions in collaboration with global cross functional teams.\nWhat you’ll need:\n3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field \nLegal right to work in Ireland required\nProfessional HR certification (CIPD Level 5, SHRM, or equivalent) strongly preferred\nExperience implementing and improving HR processes within a growing international business.\nStrong knowledge of Irish/UK labour laws, regulations, and HR practices (multi-country experience preferred)\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with managers, employees, and cross-functional partners.\nDemonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with global HR colleagues\nStrong organisational, prioritisation, and project management skills, with the ability to self-manage multiple deliverables\nCulturally sensitive and experienced in working across diverse, multinational environments\nProficiency with HRIS systems and Google Suite; experience with Workday is a plus.\nStrong, practical working knowledge of AI and how to use it in everyday tasks as well as accelerate the development of more complex undertakings\nFluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong asset\nOur goal at SiriusXM is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism and cooperation.
