From sourcing third party data to managing connections between our CRM, product data, and outbound tools, your role will be critical to helping our company scale.\nThis is a builder role. You'll help shape the systems for our GTM organization’s outbound motion, and over time you’ll analyze the data we generate to determine works best for Siro. The top priority on day one, however, will be executing on roadmap that we’re confident will drive a step change in our SDR team’s effectiveness.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and automate GTM data flows end to end. Turn scoped requirements into triggers and pipelines that source, enrich, and sync data across tools we leverage so that our team can move even faster. You’ll capture the digital signals that enable sellers to focus their efforts on the right accounts.\n\nOwn the GTM data layer. Ensure the data that enters our source of truth systems (CRM, data warehouse) is clean, deduplicated, and trustworthy. Maintain field definitions, integrations, and sync logic.\n\nDocument and maintain what you build. Make sure the systems we create don’t break silently and are easy to understand - so that as our team grows, others can learn to use them quickly.\n\nWork closely with GTM leaders. Pressure-test scopes, flag material edge cases, estimate effort, and push back when there's a simpler path.\n\nRefine analysis and reporting. Write the queries and models behind pipeline, funnel, and account-level reporting, so leaders make decisions on real numbers.\n\nDevelop a point of view. Analyze the systems as they operate so that you can make data-driven recommendations for what Siro should build next.\n\nEvaluate investments. Help determine via technical evaluation when Siro should (and should not) be spending on new platforms or datasets for our team of sellers.\n\nRequirements:\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science, data or analytics engineering, and/or GTM engineering\n\nStrong Python and SQL skills\n\nExperience building and maintaining data pipelines, API integrations, and/or ETL workflows\n\nComfort working with CRM data (HubSpot or Salesforce) and its messiness\n\nExperience with GTM tools such as Clay, Freckle.io, and/or Deepline\n\nA track record of taking a spec from someone else and shipping it reliably, on time, and with strong judgment on edge cases that require accounting for\n\nAn AI-forward mindset, ideally from using LLMs or AI agents inside workflows\n\nClear written communications.
