We're hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to take over ownership of the technical backbone of Sirona's Go-To-Market Team. This includes our company website, the GTM Brain, the RFP/RFI answering engine, our sales tooling, and the analytics tying them all together.  The ownership of this will be handed off to this role directly, and this person will own it outright going forward. 

This is a jack-of-all-trades, build-it, test it, deploy it, roll. This role will work on production code one day, a multi-week RFP the next, a Figma build, or marketing animation the next - always automating what you built. You'll work with the President and Founder weekly and the whole GTM team daily, with AI transformation of how they work as your purview. It's an all-in, two-to-four-year opportunity for someone early in their career looking to learn as much as they can as fast as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

GTM Brain & AI automation

• Own the Claude-based plugin (59+ skills, Python core, shared vault) end to end - harden it and ship automations for research, meeting capture, drafting, briefs, RFP answers, and analytics
• Own the surrounding processes and drive adoption - a trustworthy knowledge base, recurring pain shipped as improvements, teammates onboarded, and you as power user and first-line support
• Own the GTM analytics dashboard (Next.js over a deterministic Python fact store) turning Salesforce, HubSpot, and GA4 into the numbers leadership and the board see - review-before-send. Some fundraising exposure

Website engineering

• Own the sironamedical.com codebase (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind v4 on Vercel) - product and campaign pages plus HubSpot forms that feed pipeline
• Implement Figma designs to production and build the animations, diagrams, and visuals marketing needs - fast, on-brand, and measurable (GA4, attribution)

RFP / RFI & technical documentation

• Project-manage every RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire end to end - parse it, answer via the AI engine, route gaps to SMEs in Asana, deliver in the customer's format, on time.
• Own the technical materials prospects see - architecture, integration and security docs, sandbox and demo environments - and be the team's in-house engineer who reads the repo and answers the technical question on the call.

Program management of the sales motion

• Run the multi-step parts of the sales cycle (Stage 0→1, deal setup, proposals and contracts, cross-functional requests) as engineered programs with owners, dates, and clean handoffs - documented, instrumented, automated.

Systems & data (supporting)

• Keep the GTM stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, the dashboard) connected and trustworthy through automation, not hands-on administration.

Key Qualifications:

• A CS or adjacent degree (or equivalent demonstrated ability); post-school engineering experience optional but valued
• You ship production code -  TypeScript/React and Python, or can get there fast
• You use AI coding and agent tools daily, and want a whole organization working that way
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• You write clearly and stay organized . Docs, RFP answers, and process are core, and you can run a multi-week RFP with a dozen stakeholders without dropping a thread
• Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity. “I'll just build it” is a real option, and you want the hard, high-ownership tour this role is

• Design sense (Figma, motion, front-end)
• Analytics/BI (SQL, dashboarding, GA4)
• Side projects or a startup people have used

The annual US base salary for this full-time position is $90,000 - $115,000  + equity + benefits. Pay scale is flexible depending on experience. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, relevant education and training.
