Join us and you'll build a career where your work makes a difference every day.\n\nMOVE WITH PURPOSE\nYour Impact Starts Here\nTo prepare Invoices including complex invoices to clients for both fees and disbursements within the Client Accounting dept. The Client Accounting department is responsible for making large volumes of payments on behalf of clients and then re-billing those amounts to clients. \nRelationship Management: Interacts with internal and external contacts to discuss information and probe for clarification. \nCustomer Focus: Understands short-term customer needs and identifies opportunities to ensure customer service. \nResults Delivery: Exercises considerable judgment and initiative relying on established processes and practices for problem solution. \nStrives for Excellence: Identifies personal development needs with People Manager, and follows through on development activities for performance improvement \nIn this role, you will:\nManage the process for weekly/monthly billing, both the re-billing of client disbursements and the billing of management fees to clients. \nManage client invoices (complex/regular) and send the invoices to client as per the billing instructions. \nDealing with any disputes/issues on invoices communicated from clients or internal Operations. \nPerform peer audits and report any differences to Team leads \nReview of unbilled/aged items and follow up with the concerned internal teams for resolution. \nMaintain Billing Accuracy at 100%. \nAttend and complete the required process and other trainings. \nShow a proactive and “can do “attitude to work \nHelps other team members, shares knowledge and learning \nBuilds positive, close and effective working relationships with Operations and other departments \nUnderstand the financial Impact while processing the billing\n\nGROW WITH INTENTION\nPreferred\nCommerce graduates \nMinimum of 2-3 years of AR or Cash Application or Billing function. \nStrong technological skills e.g. Windows, the Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook \nShows full attention to detail \nFollow up skills \nGood Communication skills\nCustomer focused (Internal / External) \nStrong interpersonal skills \nAbility to maintain working relationships \nAbility to work in changing work environment.\n\nYou'll Thrive at Sirva If You:\nThink smart and use data to drive decisions.\nLead with helpfulness and a customer-first mindset.\nPut people first by building strong partnerships and trust.\nTake responsibility and drive results with accountability.\n\nLIVE THE SIRVA LIFE\nBelong at Sirva\nAt Sirva, we are committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive professionally and personally.
