Join us and you'll build a career where your work makes a difference every day.\n\nMOVE WITH PURPOSE\nYour Impact Starts Here \nAs a Move Coordinator, you are responsible for providing customer service and coordination of International and/or Domestic Removals. The role is critical in the successful delivery of our services end to end. You will bring your high attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities to the role where no two days are the same!\nIn this role, you will:\nIn the case of removals, arrange for the packing/shipping/storage of relocates personal effects, cars and animals etc. Liaise between the relocatee, client, removalist and any third-party supplier. Track process through delivery of goods.\nCoordinate the necessary travel, transport and accommodation arrangements.\nAdminister initiation and activation documentation from clients and establish and maintain files for each relocatee.\nProvide communication to relocatee regarding the status of all elements of their move.\nFollow up moving services branches and third-party suppliers for outstanding information regarding client moves or quotations.\nTake effective action to identify and act on customer needs.\nMake timely contacts with relocatees within given KPI’s throughout the duration of the relocation.\nGROW WITH INTENTION\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience in coordinating import/export activities within a global business environment.\nDemonstrated experience in delivering high level of service to clients is essential.\nExcellent ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.\nGood written and verbal communication skills and diplomacy is required.\nAbility to think and present ideas clearly/logically.\nMust be a team player and self-starter with initiative and drive.\nExperience in a customer focused or administrative role, providing end to end services supporting government clientele.\nExperience in either International Relocations or Moving Services would be highly regarded.\nLIVE THE SIRVA LIFE\nBelong at Sirva\nAt Sirva, we are committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive professionally and personally.
