Join us and you'll build a career where your work makes a difference every day.\n\nMOVE WITH PURPOSE\nYour Impact Starts Here\nAs a Move Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for employees relocating around the world, helping to coordinate the movement of their household goods and personal belongings. You will play a vital role in delivering a seamless relocation experience by guiding transferees through every stage of the move while ensuring exceptional service and support.\nWorking closely with clients, suppliers, moving partners, and internal teams, you will manage complex international and domestic relocations, resolve challenges proactively, and ensure every move is delivered efficiently and successfully. Your ability to build trusted relationships, stay organised, and deliver a great customer experience will have a direct impact on both our customers and our business.\n\nIn this role, you will:\nServe as the main point of contact for relocating employees throughout their moving journey\nBuild strong relationships with customers, providing proactive updates, guidance, and support\nManage customer enquiries, expectations, and service issues with professionalism and empathy\nCoordinate domestic and international household goods shipments from origin to destination\nCollaborate with relocation partners, moving agents, freight providers, customs authorities, and suppliers across the globe\nEnsure all customer, shipment, financial, and supplier information is accurately maintained within company systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness\nProactively manage service exceptions, operational issues, and customer concerns, taking ownership through to resolution while maintaining regular communication\nMonitor move progress against service commitments and KPIs, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to minimise disruption in order to deliver a high level of service\nEnsure all move-related documentation, records, and system updates are completed accurately and on time\nCollaborate with billing, finance, suppliers, and agent partners to resolve discrepancies, support timely invoicing, and drive successful move outcomes\nSupport service quality goals and key performance indicators while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to operational excellence\n\nGROW WITH INTENTION\nWhat You'll Bring\nEssential\nMinimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding, relocation, logistics, or a related industry, or 3+ years' experience in a customer service-focused environment\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English\nStrong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail; including understanding of revenue, margins, basic math (calculate weight, density, CWT, rates, etc)\nStrong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nStrong organisational and time management skills\nEffective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams and with global stakeholders\nPreferred\nExperience within the global mobility, moving, relocation, or international shipping industry\nUnderstanding of international logistics and household goods transportation processes\nKnowledge of global geography and shipping routes\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification\n\nYou'll Thrive at Sirva If You:\nThink Smart by anticipating challenges and finding practical solutions.\nLead with Helpfulness by providing exceptional support to customers and colleagues.\nPut People First by building trusted relationships and delivering positive experiences.\nTake Responsibility by owning outcomes and ensuring every move is successfully delivered.\n\nLIVE THE SIRVA LIFE\nBelong at Sirva\nAt Sirva, we are committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive professionally and personally.
