Join us and you'll build a career where your work makes a difference every day.\n\nMOVE WITH PURPOSE\nYour Impact Starts Here \nThe Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for the customer satisfaction of inbound calls and the telephone communication of web-based quote request enquiries with the view to qualification of the call, the securing of a pre-move inspection, quotation and follow up to a point of closing the sale and handing over to Operational teams for execution. You may be required to carry out virtual surveys and inspections to enable a cross functional service within the organisation.\nIn this role, you will:\nEnsure that all prospective clients are made aware of the company's payment requirements.\nPrompt follow up of voice mailed messages and web based ‘Request a Quote’ via personalised phone call within 24 hrs.\nQualify incoming telephone sales enquiries and immediately evaluate high value opportunities for hand over to Moving Sales Consultants via appointment booking screen. \nFull-service relationship management for all other valued opportunities from follow through to completion.\nPrepare and send quotes as requested\nCollect and enter move inspections/quotes in Navision/ProMove\nFollow up all leads within 48 hours of contact to client with possibility to negotiate prices of removals within appropriate margin levels to achieve confirmed sale.\nCollaborate and instruct services either to internal department or to external vendors with clear communication on instruction\nUtilize a variety of sales strategies including sales presentations, brochures and product & insurance materials to promote the Allied brand.\nOn occasion, complete video inspections for International, Domestic removals as required and assist clients in all aspects of moving using a full scope of marketing strategies to promote the Allied brand\nTo maintain a daily diary of activities that ensures appropriate scheduling of client appointments, sales activities & presentations (video).\n\nGROW WITH INTENTION\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExceptional customer service focus and experience successfully servicing Cooperate and consumer clients.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nInternal and external relationship building skills\nCompetent user of IT systems – Navision/Pro-move\nLIVE THE SIRVA LIFE\nBelong at Sirva\nAt Sirva, we are committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive professionally and personally.
