Sirva also supports work-life balance through a variety of flexibility initiatives, including hybrid work arrangements, flexible working hours, wellness programs, and employee assistance resources.\n\nWhat’s Involved?\nThe Program Coordinator will act as a primary point of coordination and operation support and must be able to gain an understanding of all aspects of clients' international policy and program, as well as a general understanding of all international services while maintaining the highest level of customer service.\nServices include but may not be limited to policy counselling, generating cost estimates, relocation agreements, initiating services with Sirva connect and maintain regional tracking and reporting. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport regional and global client directed pre-assignment initiatives such as reporting needs, group move planning, specialized program support, data queries, status updates on cost estimate or initiation requests and systems testing. Must approach tasks with a solution oriented and consultative support influencing desired outcomes as indicated by the client Talent Mobility team.\nTriage shared mailbox by filtering and redirecting incoming requests and tasks.
