The role serves as a key liaison between Account Management, Operations, Learning & Development, and client stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, adoption of new processes, and consistent execution across global teams.\nThis position requires exceptional attention to detail, project management capability, strong business communication skills, and the ability to create high-quality training materials, presentations, and operational documentation that meet internal and client-specific standards.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\n% of time \n(must total to 100%)\nDescription of Duty\n25%\nTraining Delivery and Enablement\nDevelop, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for consultants, CXO teams, and operational stakeholders. \nFacilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions. \nMeasure training effectiveness through surveys, participant feedback, and operational performance trends. \nMaintain training calendars and ensure timely delivery of required learning programs.\n35%\nLearning Content, Communications & Client Collateral\nDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, process documentation, job aids, operational guides, presentations, and client-facing collateral. \nEnsure all materials meet client branding, formatting, language, and quality standards. \nPerform comprehensive quality reviews to verify accuracy, consistency, completeness, and alignment across documents. \nProduce client-ready presentations and communications requiring minimal editing or rework.\n25%\nProject Support\nSupport operational and client-driven initiatives from planning through implementation and post-launch adoption. \nCoordinate stakeholders, dependencies, timelines, communications, and training activities for new process rollouts. \nFacilitate lessons learned reviews and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\n15%\nProcess Improvement & Technology Enablement\nIdentify opportunities to improve training effectiveness, operational consistency, and employee productivity. \nLeverage emerging technologies, AI tools, learning platforms, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and learner engagement. \nMonitor training metrics and operational feedback to recommend process improvements. \nSupport governance activities related to training documentation and change implementation.\nQualifications and preferred skills (Qualifications, Skills, Education or Certification Requirements, etc.)\nExceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to deliver highly accurate, polished, and professional work products. \nStrong organizational skills and project coordination with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities. \nAbility to anticipate dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts of operational changes. \nHigh level of accountability and ownership for deliverables. \nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.\nStrong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality client-facing communications, training materials, and presentations.\nExperience using AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft Copilot, learning technologies, and digital content platforms.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting large, complex client accounts.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in Relocation Operations strongly preferred \nBoth US Domestic and Global Operations experienced preferred \nExperience with project implementation and operational change management.\nBachelor’s Degree preferred\nAt Sirva, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices.
