Working within our Global Operations team, you will coordinate transport resources, suppliers and operational activities across Europe to ensure every move is delivered safely, on time and to the highest service standards.\nThis is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of daily operations, collaborating with Move Managers, subcontractors, drivers and internal teams to solve challenges, optimise capacity and deliver exceptional service to our customers.\n\nIn this role, you will:\nPlan and coordinate daily and long-term European transport operations\nAllocate vehicles, drivers and subcontractor capacity to meet operational requirements\nMonitor transport plans and proactively adapt schedules when circumstances change\nAnticipate capacity constraints, delays and operational challenges, implementing effective solutions\nSource and manage additional transport capacity when required\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and external service providers\nWork closely with Move Managers, Warehouse Operations and wider business stakeholders\nProvide direction and support to operational teams involved in transport execution\nManage subcontractor performance and service quality standards\nPurchase transport and related services required to successfully execute assignments\nEnsure accurate planning and transport information is maintained within company systems\nReview operational activities before and after moves to ensure compliance with procedures\nMonitor workforce hours, absence records and operational administration\nTake ownership of issues through to successful resolution while balancing service, operational feasibility, capacity and cost\n\nGROW WITH INTENTION\nWhat You'll Bring\nEssential\nMBO-level qualification or higher\nExperience in transport planning, logistics, road transport or a similar operational environment\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English\n Demonstrable relationship-building skills\nA proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong sense of accountability and ownership\nAbility to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced operational environment\nStrong commitment to customer service and operational excellence\nGood Excel and Microsoft Office skills\nPreferred\nExperience within an international relocation, mobility or logistics organisation is welcome\nExperience with European road transport operations and cross-border logistics or transport supplier management would be a strong advantage.\nExperience managing transport capacity, fleet utilisation or operational planning across multiple locations\nExperience working with transport suppliers, subcontractors or carrier networks\nKnowledge of transport scheduling, routing and capacity planning\nExperience managing supplier performance and service quality standards\n\nYou'll Thrive at Sirva If You:\nThink smart and stay one step ahead of operational challenges.\nLead with helpfulness and build strong working partnerships.\nPut people first, supporting colleagues, customers and partners.\nTake responsibility and see tasks through to completion.\n\nLIVE THE SIRVA LIFE\nBelong at Sirva\nAt Sirva, we are committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive professionally and personally.
