Maintain accurate document registers and ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly recorded. Control document revisions and ensure that only current and approved versions are distributed to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate the submission, review, approval, distribution, and retrieval of drawings, reports, correspondence, and other controlled documents. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure documents can be retrieved quickly and accurately. Monitor document status and follow up with relevant departments on pending submissions, approvals, and revisions. Ensure document numbering, naming, filing, and archiving practices comply with established procedures. Support project and departmental teams by providing accurate documentation and maintaining complete audit trails.\nRequired Skills Document Control: Strong ability to manage controlled documents throughout their lifecycle. Document Management Systems: Ability to organize, retrieve, distribute, and maintain electronic project records. Revision Control: Strong understanding of document revisions, version tracking, and controlled distribution. Records Management: Ability to maintain accurate registers, filing structures, and document archives. MS Office: Proficiency in office productivity tools for registers, reports, correspondence, and document tracking. Preferred Skills Experience handling engineering or project documentation. Familiarity with technical drawings, transmittals, submittals, and document registers. Strong attention to detail and document-tracking accuracy.\nWork Experience\nRequirements Candidates must have 8-10 years of experience.
