WLAN: Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain wireless networks and access points. Network Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose connectivity, addressing, routing, switching, and performance issues. Router & Switch Configuration: Working knowledge of configuring and maintaining enterprise networking devices. Computer Hardware: Ability to identify, install, replace, and troubleshoot computer and networking hardware components. Preferred Skills Knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic utilities. Familiarity with structured cabling, patch panels, and physical network infrastructure.
