Maintain document registers, revision histories, and submission tracking logs. Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and project teams to obtain required documentation. Prepare documentation packages for internal audits, external inspections, and project handover. Track outstanding documentation, nonconformance records, and corrective action evidence. Ensure document traceability, confidentiality, and timely retrieval.\nRequired Skills QC Documentation: Experience handling inspection reports, test records, and quality dossiers. Document Control: Ability to register, track, issue, and archive controlled documents. ISO 9001 Knowledge: Familiarity with quality management documentation requirements. Revision Management: Ability to maintain approved document versions and revision histories. Document Management Systems: Working knowledge of electronic document control platforms. Preferred Skills Experience using Aconex, SharePoint, or similar EDMS platforms. Familiarity with construction, engineering, or industrial project documentation. Experience preparing final quality dossiers and project handover packages.\nWork Experience\nRequirements Minimum five years of professional experience, as specified. Relevant experience in QC documentation, engineering document control, or quality records management is preferred.
