With more than 20 years of experience powering customer-facing analytics, Sisense serves customers such as PagerDuty, Philips, and Seismic, and is recognized as a leader in embedded analytics on G2.\nAbout the role\nSisense is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the health, configuration, and evolution of our Salesforce org and the revenue tools connected to it.\nReporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you'll be the go-to Salesforce expert on a four-person Revenue Operations team. You'll partner closely with Sales Operations, Business Systems, and Marketing Operations, and support users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who enjoys solving business problems in Salesforce, cares about clean data and sound design, and can explain technical trade-offs in plain language.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn Salesforce administration: Manage configuration, objects and fields, page layouts, validation rules, and user management, and keep the org secure, scalable, and well documented.\n\nBuild automation: Design, build, and maintain Flows and approval processes that reduce manual work across lead routing, opportunity management, quoting and deal approvals, renewals, and expansion.\n\nManage security and access: Maintain profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules so users have the right access and data stays protected.\n\nRun the release process: Gather requirements, build and test in sandboxes, manage deployments, and communicate changes to users.\n\nSupport connected platforms: Partner with the Business Systems Administrator on integrations with Clari, Clari Copilot, Gainsight, Marketo, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, CaptivateIQ, and DealHub, and troubleshoot sync issues.\n\nProtect data quality: Enforce data standards, run deduplication and cleanup, and maintain validation and governance controls so reporting can be trusted.\n\nDeliver reporting and dashboards: Build reports and dashboards that give Sales, Customer Success, and leadership visibility into pipeline, forecasting, and performance.\n\nSupport users: Resolve Salesforce requests and issues through the Jira queue, prioritize work with the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, and create training and documentation for users.\n\nImprove the org: Identify technical debt, recommend improvements, and evaluate new Salesforce features, including AI and automation capabilities.\n\nWhat you'll bring\n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, primarily within a B2B SaaS environment.\n\nSalesforce Certified Administrator credential (ADM-201) or equivalent demonstrated platform mastery.\n\nDeep automation and architecture expertise, particularly in designing, building, and maintaining complex record-triggered and screen Flows, validation rules, and approval workflows.\n\nHands-on CPQ experience, supporting quoting, pricing logic, and deal approval workflows integrated with Salesforce (e.g., DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, or similar tools).\n\nRobust security and governance experience, including profiles, permission sets/groups, role hierarchies, and sharing rules following the principle of least privilege.\n\nRelease and environment management skills, with proven experience managing sandboxes, deployments, and testing protocols in a multi-user, active org.\n\nData stewardship proficiency, including expertise using Data Loader, running deduplication routines, and maintaining validation standards for pipeline and revenue reporting.\n\nIntegration troubleshooting capability, with experience maintaining field mappings, sync logic, and error resolution between Salesforce and connected GTM tools.\n\nStrong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes in a SaaS business, including pipeline management and renewals.\n\nFull professional English proficiency (written and verbal), comfortable translating complex business needs into technical solutions alongside global stakeholders.\n\nPreferred qualifications\nSalesforce Administrator certification; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.\n\nDirect DealHub CPQ experience, including template administration, guided selling, and contract generation rules.\n\nHands-on experience with GTM tools such as Clari, Gainsight, Marketo, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CaptivateIQ.\n\nExperience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\n\nAbility to read and troubleshoot Apex triggers, inspect debug logs, and write SOQL queries to isolate data issues.\n\nExperience supporting global teams and partner or reseller sales motions.\n\nExperience implementing AI features such as Einstein or Agentforce.\n\nNote on Applications:\nSisense operates globally, and this role directly collaborates with international stakeholders across multiple time zones.
