This position will require you to provide support to our Head office in London. The Junior Accounting Clerk will provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance team. This role is responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting various accounting functions within the firm. This role is ideal for an individual who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in accounting within a professional services environment.\nQualifications:\nDiploma or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field\nStrong understanding of basic accounting principles\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills\nStrong verbal and written communication abilities\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines\nHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information\nPrevious accounting/bookkeeping experience (2+ years) is preferred\nExperience working in a legal, professional services, or corporate environment is preferred\n\nResponsibilities:\n Process cash receipts/payments\n Prepare daily bank deposits\n Enter financial data accurately into accounting software\n Prepare and maintain accounting records and supporting documentation\n Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures\n Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries/requests\n Perform filing, scanning, and document management tasks\n Review invoice and expense reports for accuracy\n Support other accounting and administrative duties, as assigned\n\nSubmit your resume by clicking “Apply” within the posting on our Careers page.
